For science graduates, they must possess at least an honours degree in biochemistry or related field and should have at least two years postgraduate working experience in a recognised clinical biochemistry laboratory. For medical graduates, they should have at least two years postgraduate working experience in a recognised clinical biochemistry laboratory.
